Crossfit: Workouts are based on functional movements, and these movements reflect the simplest and best aspects of bodyweight, weightlifting and conditioning training, delivered by our level 1 certified CrossFit coaches. By employing a constantly varied approach to training, functional movements and intensity lead to dramatic improvements in health, fitness and body composition.

Concept Cardio: Designed to improve Cardiorespiratory Fitness using indoor Ski, Bike and Row (made by Concept). This class is approximately 45min in length and one of the most popular sessions we run here at Fit-Hub. Every class is different meaning you never get bored. Each individual is given a heart rate monitor to wear (forearm/bicep) before class, the lights go out, music turned up and the clock starts.

F-60: Fit-Hub Letterkenny’s own brand of class, functional (F) training for 60 minutes (60). Fit-Hub is the most well-equipped facility in the region which allows for each week of classes to bring something totally new, the movements are kept fresh and performed at different intensities, which helps keep the classes fun, engaging & effective.

Hot Yoga: is a form of moderate exercise with the temperature of the room varying typically between 30 °C and 40 °C with up to 40% humidity.

Hot Yoga involves both static holds and flow, which both lengthens and contracts specific muscle groups. Hot Yoga can be used for a variety of different reasons: to improve flexibility, suppleness, relaxation, meditation, recovery from injury or recovery from more physically intense activity.

No matter the reasons, hot yoga has exploded in popularity since the early 2000’s & is no longer considered an exclusively female endeavour.

Many of our yoga practitioners come from various backgrounds including GAA, Triathlon, Running, CrossFit and recreational physical activity. We use many variations of poses & flows during our classes which help teach balance, unilateral strength & mastery of simple movements.

Just yoga: Exactly what the title suggests…..Just Yoga. Fit-hub has always preached the benefits of yoga, but only ever offered Hot Yoga. We now offer an alternative for those who prefer not to practice yoga in the heat. Our instructors are highly qualified with thousands of hours of practice, making Fit-hub the number one yoga facility in the region.
